Description
Cattail & Dragonflies is a handmade cherry wood bookmark featuring cattails with small dragonflies above the grasses.
I cut, shape, and sand the cherry wood by hand, then burn the illustration into its surface using pyrography. The wood’s natural grain remains part of the finished design. I apply a UV- and water-resistant acrylic coating and add a soft tassel. The bookmark measures approximately 1.5 × 5.75 inches.
