Thank you for shopping with us at Riverbed Art. We want you to love every piece you receive! If something’s not right, we’re here to help with refunds and exchanges as part of our refund and returns policy.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange, as outlined in our refund and returns policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging to comply with our refund and returns policy.
Non-returnable items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Commissioned/custom pieces
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This is part of our refund and returns policy.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company—posting delays may occur
- Check with your bank, as processing times can vary

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at luc@riverbedart.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them, and they’ll be notified of your return.

To return your product, mail it to:

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking, as noted in our refund and returns policy.
