Description
Stray Cats is an original Aroostook River Illustration featuring two river glass cats beneath a glowing full moon.
The cats sit together on a wooden fence, their tails curling into a heart. I painted the night sky, moon, fence, and other details in watercolor and gouache, then added river glass I personally collected from the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. The glass gives dimension to this small story of companionship.
The 5 × 7 inch artwork is matted and presented in an 8 × 10 inch frame with a glass panel, ready to display or hang.
