Description
Cornflower Sky is a one of a kind Aroostook River Angel featuring cornflower blue river glass and an iridescent cloud charm.
I collected the cornflower blue glass from the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine and assembled the angel by hand. Silver-colored filigree wings frame the glass. Below it, a cloud charm catches the light with a rainbow shimmer, with a star, moon, and lightning bolt hanging beneath. Together, these details suggest the storms we weather and the beauty that follows.
A shimmering silver-colored ribbon makes it ready to hang as a holiday ornament or a small reminder of hope throughout the year.
