Shipping
We ship all items within 2–3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will ship on the next available business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping timelines reflect the nature of handmade work and may vary slightly during busy periods.
We ship via USPS Ground, First Class, and Priority Mail, depending on the item and destination.
Free shipping is available for U.S. orders only.
Production Time for Mounted Prints
Mounted prints require additional preparation time before shipping.
Each mounted print is finished by hand and may include:
- Archival mounting and drying time
- Hand-painted edges
- Protective sealing and curing time
Because of this process, mounted prints typically ship within 4–6 business days.
If you are ordering a mounted print alongside other items, your order may ship together once all pieces are ready, unless otherwise requested.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship Riverbed Art worldwide 🌍
We are in Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, and New Zealand.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real-time USPS rates.
Please note:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
- International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing and are outside our control.
- We do not add handling or markup fees to shipping costs.

Local Delivery & Pickup
If you live in Caribou, Maine, we offer local delivery. You may also choose local pickup at Creative Carpentry, located at
6 Water Street, Caribou, ME 04736, during their business hours.
Please leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order to arrange delivery or pickup.
Unless delivery or pickup is specifically requested, your order will be shipped by mail following our standard shipping process.
Vacation Notice
If we are away or unable to ship within our usual timelines, a notice will be posted at the top of our website.
If you place an order during this time, we will contact you personally with an estimated shipping and delivery date.
