Description
I Give You My Heart is an original river stone heart sculpture made from four natural stones collected from the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. A solitary figure holds a naturally shaped heart close to his chest, offering a simple expression of love.
A rounded brown stone forms the head, while an elongated gray stone creates the body. The warm brown heart rests against the chest, and a separate river stone forms the base. Each stone retains its natural shape and markings, making this sculpture one of a kind.
The stones are individually drilled, reinforced with internal steel pins, and bonded with JB Weld. A protective UV resistant matte coating finishes the piece. The base is signed and dated underneath, with four velvet feet to help protect display surfaces.
