Description
The Invisible Artist with an Invisible Illness is an 8 × 10 inch mounted print featuring a quiet ghost beside her artwork.
The ghost represents me, content to let the artwork have the attention. I created the piece with humor, but it also reflects my experience of being an artist with an illness that others cannot always see. I print this reproduction with archival pigment inks on Epson Premium Luster paper, then mount it by hand to a finished black panel and apply a UV-resistant matte coating. Hanging hardware is installed, so no frame or glass is required.
