Our Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Riverbed Art. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase! Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds. If you should have any questions, please never hesitate to reach out!
1. Eligibility for Returns:
1.1 Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
1.3 It must also be in the original packaging.
1.4 Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and commissioned pieces.
2. Refund Process:
2.1 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2.2 If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
2.3 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
3. Late or Missing Refunds:
3.1 If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account.
3.2 Contact your credit card company and bank as there may be processing delays.
3.3 If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at luc@riverbedart.com.
4. Sale Items:
4.1 Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
5.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at luc@riverbedart.com.
6. Gifts:
6.1 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
6.2 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
7. Shipping Returns:
7.1 To return your product, please mail it to: 449 River Road, Caribou, ME 04736.
7.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7.3 Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proper tracking.
